This notice explains how Aaryahi Consultancy ("we") handles personal data collected through this website, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
- From the enquiry form: your name, mobile number, company name, the service you need and the project details you choose to share.
- Your consent to be contacted about the enquiry, and the page you sent it from.
- Analytics data, only if you allow analytics cookies.
We do not ask for Aadhaar, PAN, bank account numbers or documents through this website.
Why we use it
- To call or WhatsApp you about the enquiry you sent.
- To prepare and follow up your file, if you engage us.
Who we share it with
- Banks, government departments, the Facilitation Council and professionals such as your CA or advocate, only when you engage us and ask us to submit your file to them.
- Companies that host our website, email and customer records, under confidentiality obligations.
We do not sell your data or share it with marketers.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not turn into an engagement are deleted within 12 months. Records of engagements are kept as long as the law requires.
Your rights
- Ask what data we hold about you, and have it corrected.
- Ask us to delete it, unless we're required by law to keep it.
- Withdraw your consent at any time.
- Raise a grievance with us, and if it isn't resolved, with the Data Protection Board of India.

- These terms are governed by Indian law, and courts in Bhopal have jurisdiction.
Fees & refunds
- The first review is free. After it, we send a written quote before any paid work starts.
- Fees are split into stages tied to deliverables, such as the eligibility note, the DPR and the filed application.
- Government fees, bank charges and stamp duty are paid by you directly to the authority or bank, against their official receipt.
- We never ask for money to “speed up” or “guarantee” an approval.
- If you cancel before work on a stage starts, the fee paid for that stage is refunded in full. Once a stage's deliverable is handed over, its fee is not refundable.
